    Please bring a valid government-issued photo ID when visiting Grande Oasis for a tour or submitting an application. Our leasing team may also request additional documents during the application process, depending on your leasing needs.

  • What are the application and administrative fees?

    The application fee is $75, and the administrative fees is $225.

  • How much is the deposit?

    The security deposit is $700.

  • What lease terms are available?

    We offer 12 months term.

  • Is renters’ insurance required?

    Yes, renters’ insurance is required.

  • How do I pay rent?

    Rent can be paid online, by cashiers check or money order.

  • What is included in the monthly rent?

    Monthly rent at Grande Oasis includes the base rental amount for your apartment home, along with access to all community amenities, support from our on-site management team, and emergency maintenance services. Utilities and additional charges are separate and may include pet fees, utility services, garage rentals, storage rentals, or other optional community services.

  • Is laundry available in-apartment or on-site?

    Yes! Every apartment home at Grande Oasis includes convenient in-home laundry, allowing residents to enjoy a more comfortable and efficient living experience without needing to leave their home.


  • What are the parking options?

    We provide surface lot parking. Garages are available for rent.

  • Do you offer corporate leases?

    Yes, corporate leases are available.

  • Do you have a preferred employer program?

    Ask about our preferred employer program for our Hometown Heroes; Active teachers, medical professionals, EMS, police, firefighters, and active or retired military. Please note our program may change at any time and is subject to restrictions.

  • What languages do your team members speak?

    The leasing team at Grande Oasis is pleased to assist residents and prospective renters in both English and Spanish to help provide a comfortable and welcoming experience for everyone.

  • Will you run a background check as part of the application process?

    Yes, our background screenings evaluate credit, rental, and criminal history for each applicant over the age of 18 who will reside in the apartment home.

  • What are the income requirements to qualify?

    We require that all applicants provide proof of income of at least 3 times the monthly rental amount. Our leasing team is available to assist with any questions regarding rental criteria and the application process.

  • What is your pet policy?

    Grande Oasis is a pet-friendly apartment community in Tampa, FL and welcomes up to two pets per apartment home, including both dogs and cats. We allow pets of all breeds, weights, and sizes, making it easier for residents to enjoy apartment living with their furry companions.
